Job Description:
Baker Communications has over 40 highly successful years of experience in providing strategic sales training, management training, sales management training, negotiation training, time management training and presentation skills. We offer instruction in both an open enrollment format as well as on a private scale. Our trainings are conducted locally, nationally and internationally. We are currently seeking contract trainers to deliver our training material to our open enrollment clients and private clients alike.
A contract trainer for our organization will be required to:
- Become certified on the six core courses Baker Communications offers its clients.
- Be able to adapt the delivery of the training content in the classroom to meet specific client needs.
- Provide the internal staff with client feedback for class improvements.
- Be willing to adhere to administrative policies and procedures.
- Be able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years training or training-related experience. Strong verbal, written and needs analysis skills are a must. Excellent platform skills are necessary. The candidate must be able to interface with clients of various skill levels and address participants at all levels within an organization.
