Trainer/Evaluator - Oil City, PA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the administration of Operator Qualifications including the instruction of Initial and Refresher training classes, the scheduling of classes and qualifications, and the covered task evaluation for all Operations personnel

• The Trainer will also be responsible for updating all class material including presentations, hand-outs, and hands-on models

• Preparation for classes includes configuration of classroom(s) and readiness of hands-on models/displays, as well as ensuring appropriate levels of materials/tooling are available

• The ideal candidate should be willing to share one's own field experience(s) or lesson's learned with class participants in order to reinforce concepts/procedures/protocols

• Expectations include clear, concise communication of topic material, and ability to interpret/explain material in numerous ways in order to help ensure the topic is understood

• A Trainer is expected to follow-up with class participants in the field, and at job locations in order to reinforce operating procedures and concepts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience/knowledge of Distribution and/or Supply Operations Procedures

• Fully operator qualified for current responsibilities

• Strong public speaking skills

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills

• Proficient with PowerPoint and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree with a focus in construction management, engineering technology, or process management and/or previous instructor experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-85,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
