- Conduct training courses, both on-site and online, for non-technical skills, including lectures, web-based programs, and hands-on sessions.
- Create and edit training videos using audio/video software.
- Collaborate with the applicable business unit/area to establish course specifications, prerequisite skills, and knowledge for trainees.
- Prepare lesson plans and assist in developing training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audiovisuals.
- Gather and summarize course evaluations to provide data for review by senior-level trainers to determine the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Utilize MS Office, Camtasia, or equivalent video/editing software for training purposes.
- Experience working with communications practices, principles, and procedures for both on-site and online presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Camtasia, or equivalent video/editing software.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and apply federal, state, and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to human resources.
- Remote but must live in Wisconsin
- Must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps for downloads and 8 Mbps for uploads to ensure optimal performance while teleworking with Gainwell

The pay range for this position is $37,700.00 - $53,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
