Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Practice Coach to deliver our individual training sessions over the phone. This person must maintain an empathetic, positive and professional approach while coaching our enrollees. You will be well-trained in all of the concepts that form the foundation of our learning programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is a phone based, home office role
- Provide constructive feedback to learners throughout each and every coaching session
- Ability to introduce and explain new materials to our learners
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional and consistent attitude on all coaching sessions
- Meet minimum daily/weekly/monthly quality and performance expectations
- Accurately document all client interaction and call activity using the company’s propriety programs
- Proactively report any business- or enrollee-related concerns to management
- Possess a clear and captivating speaking voice
- Ability to work and thrive in a structured team centric environment
- Take personal accountability for conduct in the workplace and communicate all needs in advance
Qualifications:
- Must have some type of phone based, call center, or customer service experience
- Clear speaking voice
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Interested in learning... and coaching!
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Have a positive, self-driven team-first mentality with a desire to help others
- MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY WORK REMOTE FROM HOME REGULARLY
