We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Atlas Terminal Company as a Trailer Mechanic! The Trailer Mechanic I is responsible for repairing equipment in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and practical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, rebuild, and repair all parts of truck, tractor, and semi-trailer equipment as required, including lift gates and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose any mechanical, electrical, or other breakdown or failure. Troubleshoots and performs failure analysis of the component parts and systems of the truck, truck tractor, trailer, or converter repairs.
- Reads precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, voltmeters, digital multi-meters, calibrators, and other electronic diagnostic tools.
- Applies knowledge of DOT, EPA, and OSHA rules and regulations.

What You'll Need:
- High School diploma and/or GED
- 0-2 years of job-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
