POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Integrated Marketing Team Traffic Manager, you will serve as the team's workflow management pro, leading on-time delivery of initiatives across all stages of the workflow process, organizing multiple projects and deliverables for key stakeholders, fielding and assigning requests, managing deadlines, and delivering final products. You're a multitasker, comfortable working with project management software and tracking marketing communications plans with lots of moving parts.
This high-impact role will be responsible for seeing content projects flow smoothly through creative workflows from concept development, writing, design, production, and the transfer of collateral to its final destination for channel marketing and campaign execution. This highly cross-functional role is responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress, ensuring a quality result, on time and on budget.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a collaborator, organizer, and taskmaster to manage creative team workflows, foster a more efficient and less siloed approach, and break projects down into individual tasks, assignments, and deadlines.

  • Lead the overall workflow and trafficking process for the Integrated Marketing team, initially focusing on reports and major campaigns, and managing work output from creative services, content marketing, editorial teams, social media, and event marketing activities.
  • Define necessary intake processes and criteria to assess new projects requests against existing workload to ensure a balanced level of work across departments
  • Interact with program owners, creative teams, and third-party agencies to manage workflow and problem-solve when issues arise
  • Facilitate cross-department status meetings to ensure on time delivery of work and timely addressing of potential issues
  • Work with the integrated marketing team to track, report, analyze, and escalate day-to-day execution of work, monitoring projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Audit current workflow process, systems and tools and advise on ways to optimize approach to create efficiencies for all stakeholders
  • Provide training on workflow process to third-party agencies, freelancers, etc. as needed to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting project workloads to identify potential resource constraints
  • Initiate new jobs and create timelines and tasks for projects to be completed
  • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or other business-related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a traffic/project management role, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
  • Proficiency with workflow or project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to new demands and unexpected delays, and set realistic expectations to ensure key stakeholders are satisfied with the project
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills to schedule, monitor, and adjust deadlines and resources as needed
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills to manage requests and assignments between stakeholders and the creative team, which includes collaborating with content creators to meet deadlines
  • Ability to think about process and scale above all else to work efficiently and effectively with multiple partners collectively and cohesively
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and projects while remaining flexible, proactive, and highly professional
