As a Crew Lead / Work Zone Installer, you will play a vital role in setting up and maintaining safe Work Zones at construction sites and road work areas, while embodying and promoting our core values every day. Responsibilities:
Practicing Stewardship:
- Install and maintain Work ZoneTraffic Control devices, including signs, barricades, cones, and delineators, in accordance with established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Safely handle and store equipment and materials, ensuring their proper use and longevity.
- Promote a culture of responsibility and accountability by maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Celebrating Feedback:
- Welcome feedback from supervisors, colleagues, and stakeholders to improve Work Zone installations and enhance safety measures.

Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Traffic Control regulations, standards, and practices, including MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices).
- Previous experience in leading crews and/or certified Work Zone installation or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
