North Perimeter Contractors, LLC is a U.S. subsidiary of the Ferrovial Group. In Georgia, North Perimeter Contractors, LLC is managing the design and construction of the I-285/SR 400 Project, which is a design-build (DB) project involving 10.5 miles of roadway. The project includes rebuilding the I-285/SR 400 Interchange as well as improvements to lI-285 west from Roswell Road in Fulton County to east of Ashford-Dunwoody Road in DeKalb County, and improvements to SR 400 from the Glenridge Connector to Spalding Drive. This $460 million project will improve ramp capacity at the interchanges by adding more traffic lanes and improve existing configuration deficiencies in both highways. The project will include building a collector-distributor with separation barriers and new flyover bridges which will widen and improve conditions of other existing bridges in the interchange area. The project is expected to save the average commuter 8 hours per year and to cut more than 20,000 hours a day in delays for all users of the interchange.

SUMMARY
The position of Traffic Control Foreman will direct and manage crews to perform the construction tasks and activities required.
North Perimeter Contractors, LLC manages a project that includes construction of barrier-separated collector-distributor (CD) lanes along I-285 and SR 400, new flyover bridges, reconstruction of existing ramps, and reconstruction and widening of existing bridges in the interchange area. Braided ramps would be constructed in the vicinities of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Roswell Road to eliminate conflicts between traffic entering and exiting SR 400 and traffic entering and exiting the Roswell Road and Ashford Dunwoody interchanges, while preserving the recently completed projects at both of these interchanges. Along SR 400, the proposed project also would construct about two miles of improvements from Glenridge Connector north to Hammond Drive. The project also includes a collector system north on SR 400 to Spalding Drive, with modifications of the existing north facing ramps at Hammond Drive and reconstruction of the Abernathy Road interchange.
DUTIES
-Assist in the coordination of construction activities.
-Assist in directing field and subcontractor personnel to meet schedule and production goals.
-Assist in scheduling field personnel assignments.
-Assist in ordering materials.
-Inspect construction work as necessary.
-Ensure safety is carried out throughout the construction process.
-Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.
-Maintains an organized job site.
-Must be physically able to drive metal or wooden posts by hammer, operate routine hand tools, and easily carry at least 50 lbs.
-Must be able to easily traverse unleveled or slippery ground and work in muddy conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility on similar construction projects.
-Experience on large highway, bridge/structures, paving, grading, drainage, and/or utility relocation projects as a contractor.
-Valid driver's license
