We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to the growth and success of each employee within the Traffic Control Department. Responsibilities include, lead, motivate and support the Traffic Control Department within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Monitor and review employee performance. Foster a positive work environment that cultivates teamwork and continuous improvement. Hiring and firing within the Traffic Control Department. Maintain constant communication with managers and flaggers to ensure proper operations. Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. Attend weekly department meetings. Weekly collaborations with existing and future customers to create and maintain strong relations. Oversight of department accounts payable and receivables.
