Trading Specialist
This position will complete the daily operations of the trading department along with other traders. The Trading Specialist will maintain the integrity of our portfolios and protect the company through implementation of processes to create sound trading and auditing practices. The Trading Specialist will be held accountable for minimizing trade errors, and maintaining the Account and Client Monitoring HUB, Asset Allocation Dashboard and Asset Allocation Management Tool, as well as meeting and exceeding the set expectations of the trading department. The Trading Specialist will report directly to the Green Arrow Financial Advisors SPS Investment Committee and work closely with the Service Team.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
· Manage processes for proper trading execution for SPS, SPS Advisor, and Brokerage accounts.
· Assist in daily management of trading performance – execution, timing, expectations.
· Manage Account and Client Monitoring HUB
· Manage Asset Allocation Dashboard
· Utilize Asset Allocation Management Tool
· Communicate performance & portfolio changes Quarterly with the Investment Committee.
· Communicate trade error reports to Advisors.
· Ensuring Practice adherence to Ameriprise trading compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
· Support future scalability.
· Research and share with the Practice’s Investment Committee new investment ideas that would enhance our client portfolios.
· Other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
· Series 7 & 66
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
· 2+ years of experience, specifically in the trading department or personal production.
