We are seeking a Trademark Docket Specialist for our Denver office. In this role, you will support all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark, copyright and domain name docketing across all firm offices nationally.
This position requries 2-3 days of work onsite weekly. Competitve pay and benefits are offered. Qualifications include:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of Trademark Docketing experience. (6+ years preferred).
- Expert knowledge of national and international trademark law.
- Expert knowledge of, and exposure to, docketing databases; Foundation IP is preferred.
- Expert ability to interface with USPTO, WIPO, and other websites regarding trademark matters.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of action items in a timely manner.
- Expert computer skills including basic word processing and data entry.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.
