Covid-19 Vaccinations: This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
The Trade Marketing Coordinatorwill support the execution of marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new marketing initiatives in efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals. They will also be responsible for identifying and executing improvements for processes and Trade tools. This role requires detailed project management, strong vendor coordination and thorough communication with Sales and other key partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

    • Support in the execution of Wyld's brand family marketing plan and strategy by assembling Trade tools, planning, and communicating Sales and key partners in a timely fashion
    • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
    • Work closely with vendors to procure Trade materials including displays, educational material, swag and other key assets
    • Help research and develop seasonal swag (merchandise) assortments for internal and external partners and customers
    • Learn, understand, and respond to unique opportunities within existing retailers to develop new and innovative trade tools to build brand awareness - funneling new ideas into creative projects which can be deployed in store
    • Work closely Sales on custom projects that entail detailed communication, project management, execution and tracking through Smartsheet
    • Manage our Digital Asset Manager, Brandfolder, through uploading and updating our marketing assets to ensure the brand is being represented accurately by state / market
    • Work closely with Creative through the brief process and Smartsheet to develop new trade materials
    • Manage local offsite warehouse inventory of trade materials - providing complete visibility of inventory to the appropriate teams
    • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
    • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
    • Occasionally, organize and support local and national Trade Show and Sponsorship events
    • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Qualifications
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations and/or a similar relevant field
    • Ability to project a calm and professional demeanor regardless of the type of environment
    • Resourceful, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Capable of regularly using good judgment and problem-solving skills to accomplish goals and work requirements
    • Must be able to be entrusted with confidential information
    • High level of proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), and the ability to learn new software are highly valued
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and accuracy
    • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
    • Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset
    • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
    • Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
    • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
    • Will be required to submit to a background check
    • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
    • Travel between sites will be required

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000, 10 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401k andfully paid health, dental and vision insurance
