Position: Trade Compliance Analyst

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. The position will be located in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the creation/implementation of international trade policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all US Customs and Export Administration laws and regulations
• Assist internal customers by serving as an Import/Export subject matter expert
• Assign and audit Harmonized Tariff Codes, ECCN codes
• Audit global Import/Export documentation for accuracy
• C-TPAT & NAFTA qualifications and maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent work/education experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Import/Export operations or International Logistics
• Strong attention to detail is critical along with analytical, research and database management skills utilizing computer software applications (Adobe/MS Excel/MS Word/Web-based applications)
• Ability to multi-task in a high velocity, deadline driven environment
• Capable time and project manager
• Ability to work and drive tasks/projects to completion with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively on a team
• US Customs Broker License or the ability to obtain one a plus
