Job Summary:

Track & Field Hurdle Coach needed for the spring season beginning March 04, 2024 and running through June 01, 2024.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Head Track and Field Coach and assists in all phases of the 2024 track and field season. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the coaching staff with the organization and direction of all aspects of the track and field team. Specific duties include coaching the hurdle events at practices and meets, supervising regular practice sessions, meet preparation, assisting with the management of equipment, and promoting the mission and vision of the school athletic program.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate should have Track & Field experience (coaching and/or competing) in the hurdle events (100 meter high hurdles and 300 intermediate low hurdles). The candidate must also have a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work amiably with students, administrators, and faculty.
