Headquarter Toyota is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an entry level Parts Warehouse associate. If you are enthusiastic about the automotive industry and eager to kick-start your career in the Automotive Parts industry, we want to hear from you! Parts experience is welcome; however, we are willing to train.
Summary
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our dealership's parts department processes. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing Automotive Parts to ensure efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Inspect and identify any damaged or defective parts; report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
- Organize and label parts for easy storage and retrieval
- Perform daily Cycle count
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers and phone inquiries related to parts availability and pricing
- Process parts orders, shipments and assist in the completion of necessary paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized Parts Warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
