Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional towing services to customers in need
- Operate a Tow Truck and safely transport vehicles to designated locations
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy
Skills:
- Proficient in operating a Tow Truck and using related equipment
- Commercial driving experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting

Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
