```Duties```
- Respond to distpatched calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists or scheduled services
- Operate a Tow Truck to safely load, transport, and unload vehicles
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs on-site when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the Tow Truck
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tow Truck driver or in a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Proficient in operating various types of Tow Trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management situations
