Tow Truck Driver/Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. We have a location in Bowie , Wichita Falls, and Lawton Ok. Pigg Towing Has been in Business 7.5 years and is looking for a long term employee to add to our team.

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for automotive repair, excellent driving skills, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload vehicles onto the Tow Truck using proper techniques
- Safely transport vehicles to designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Resolve conflicts or issues with customers in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tow Truck driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
