We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. ```Responsibilities```
- Operate a Tow Truck to safely load, transport, and unload vehicles
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide assistance to stranded motorists
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the Tow Truck
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
```Skills```
- Proficient in operating vehicles with manual transmission
- Ability to load and unload vehicles onto the Tow Truck using proper techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with customers or other drivers
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction during stressful situations
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques for basic diagnostics and minor repairs
- Experience operating a Tow Truck or similar commercial vehicle is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Forklift certification is a plus
