Reno Staffing is looking for PCB Hand Solder working in the Touch up and Rework Department for a High Quality Electronics Company in the area of South Reno!
This is a great temp to hire opportunity with a new company new to the Reno area! Reno Staffing offers weekly pay, Medical insurance and PTO after 90 days!
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $22.00/hr. DOE Experience preferred

Responsible for all production activities of the Touch Up area in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.

• Activities include but not limited to:
• Pull work order from touch up staging shelf.
• Check Manufacturing Process Instruction ( M.P.I.), Assembly Work Instructions, and the print.
• Follow instructions from these documents to complete work order.
• Hand solder other parts and jumpers as required by the print or MPI.
• Comply with IPC 610 specifications.
• After completion, take work order to water clean machine and run job through machine or hand clean if necessary.
• Place work order on Second Assembly staging shelf.
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.
Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- 2-3 yrs. rework or soldering skills required.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and prints is required along with basic computer skills.
- ISO-9000 experience desirable.
A resume with relevant work experience, in person interview and skills test for Hand Soldering will be required to be considered, a resume will be required to apply, if you have any issues please contact our office.
