Our Total Rewards team is seeking a Total Rewards Assistant to join their team. This position will provide a wide variety of administrative, and staff support services to the Total Rewards & HRIS teams, as assigned. Administers programs, projects and/or processes specific to the teams. Performs other tasks as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares benefits invoices for multiple vendors and partners with AP to get invoices paid.
  • Coordinates employees on leave in HR Systems
  • Assists employees in changing personal information in HR Systems
  • Maintains positions in Workday.
  • Prepares reports for temporary agencies.
  • Approves direct deposit changes.
  • Coordinates and schedules communication meetings: Viewpoint, department meetings, etc.
  • Prepares professional presentations (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
  • Composes announcements, postings, letters, emails, memorandum, and other communication as needed.
  • Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong administrative and organizational acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Demonstrated success working in a cross-departmental organization environment.
  • Positive interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Credibility to lead and influence at all levels.
  • Team player with proven track record of managing projects.
  • Able to develop and manage project plans and coordinate people and internal/external resources to achieve results outlined in plan.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point) and HRIS experience. (Access and Workday preferred)
  • Ability to use Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of work requirements of individuals within the department
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirements.

Experience:

2+ years of office related experience. Experience working in a Human Resources role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.83 - $22.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
