Pay rate: $ 26.29 per hour.
New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.'s - $400 @ 6 mo.'s - $400 @ 12 mo.'s) *can't have any disciplines in that quarter
Granted the Employee has no writeup in the quarter they would get the following payments:
$200 after 3 months
$400 after 6 months
$400 after 12 months
Shift:
· 1st shift Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Job Description:
· Construct, modify, install, repair and maintain all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and sample products to support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales.
· Set up, adjust, and operate various manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders to produce parts to the required tolerances.
· Ability to perform diversified machining operations and prescribe operational sequences and procedures to manufacture parts to specifications.

Education/Certification Requirements:
· High School Diploma
Skills
· Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerances.
· Responsible for the quality of the parts they produce and perform first-piece inspection, as well as subsequent inspections, to ensure overall quality.
· Responsible for taking care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and neat.
· Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
· Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.
