Tom'sXpress Lead - 14th Street

As the Tom's Xpress Lead you will strive to provide exceptional customer service to our online shoppers. You will be responsible for shopping and completing orders and communicating any issues that arise. This position is best for a self-motivated person who can complete tasks on their own. You will be making phone calls and/or texting to communicate with customers information about their orders. When not shopping orders, you will be assisting other departments as needed.
