Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Provide a variety of educational materials and resources to support children's development
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Qualifications:
-Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred not required.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with literacy education and promoting language development in young children
- Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers in a classroom setting
- Experience working with students who have special education needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and maintain records
Skills:
- Proficient in developing age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities

- Experienced in providing care for toddlers in a classroom setting
