Overview:

Our To-Go Specialists are experts of our menu who enjoy recommending their favorites to guests who want to eat at the gate, on the plane, or anywhere other than our dining room. To-Go Specialists make sure their work area and guest touch points are clean and sanitized. You will build connections with our guests when taking and delivering accurate and timely meals.

Other Key responsibilities may include:

• Handle all order packaging and delivery with a sense of urgency.
• Provide each guest with a friendly welcome and farewell to ensure a positive, memorable experience and repeat business
• Assist with answering guests' questions and providing recommendations in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Guide guests through food and beverage catering menus.
• Package orders according to the recipes and service standards; ensuring that all needed and requested items are included.
• Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food and beverage items.
• Present an accurate guest check, accept payment, and quickly complete the transaction.
• Complete specific side work and station maintenance. Maintain the organization of To-Go & Grab-n-Go materials.

Your Background:

• Must be able to create a warm and welcoming guest experience for our guests
• Ability to quickly and accurately manage guest seating and wait times
• Casual Fine Dining Experience
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and continuously bend, reach and twist
• Must be at least 18-years old
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check
