Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage TMS equipment, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-treatment assessments, including patient setup and comfort measures.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment parameters as necessary under clinical supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of TMS machinery to guarantee operational efficacy.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate TMS therapy into broader treatment plans, offering technical insights and support.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, documenting therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about TMS therapy, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to TMS technology and psychiatric care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field (e.g., biomedical technology, medical assisting) preferred.
• Previous experience in a technical role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in medical or psychiatric settings.
• Familiarity with TMS equipment and protocols is advantageous, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency.
• Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and delivering the highest standard of care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
