Summary:

GlobalGolf is hiring for a full-time Titleist Golf Equipment Advisor! This position is based at our Raleigh office (7320 ACC Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27617). This is a full-time role that will start fully onsite for training, and then move to four days per week remote. Your responsibilities during those four remote days will be customer service focused, primarily on the Titleist brand, but also touching on other golf brands. The other day of the week will be onsite at our retail store and will focus on Golf Equipment sales and club fittings.

The Titleist Golf Equipment Advisor role will require up to 42 hours of work per week. Each of the individuals that fill this position will be provided at least two days off per week and at least of one those days will be on the weekend. We expect that each Golf Equipment Advisor to work at least one day per week in the retail store providing equipment-fitting services to our local customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide world-class customer service through several communication channels, such as incoming phone calls, email correspondence, and Live Chat.

• Handle customer inquiry support to assist with golf product inquiries, order placement, order status, payments, refunds, product returns or exchanges, product warranty questions, and any other service needs of the customer.

• Work with multiple departments to find quick and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

• In-person customer product fitting services in one of the Company’s retail store locations on a weekly basis.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Qualifications Desired:

• General Golf Equipment knowledge of all of the major brands is required

• Experience working in the golf industry is preferred, but not required

• Coaching/teaching or product fitting experience is a plus, but not required

• Prior experience as a customer service representative is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

• Typical office conditions with cubicles

• Must have reliable transportation to / from the Raleigh, NC office

• Constant computer use with portions of the day spent receiving inbound calls

• Handling of light weight objects and ability to walk around onsite warehouse and retail store
