Summary: Support the implementation and execution of key, best-in-industry Golf Ball Education initiatives, affirming Titleist as the industry Golf Ball knowledge leader, with the ultimate goal of driving incremental sales through the educated purchase of Titleist Golf Balls by dedicated golfers in every channel.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of in-person, tailored partner Golf Ball Education events locally, regionally, and at the Titleist Performance Center at Manchester Lane, to ensure a best-in-class experience for all visitors.
- Work closely with key partners, both internal and external, and oversee all event planning and logistics activities. Support manager and marketing teams with all event marketing activities including asset creation, marketing communications, e-mail invitation list development, registration, product ordering, host site facilitation, scheduling and guest communication.
- Responsible for cultivating relationships with Golf Ball Ambassadors and establishing clear and consistent email and phone communication with the Ambassador team. Provide exceptional service by acting as a dedicated point of contact, and collaborate on custom orders, special requests, event coordination, feedback analysis, and innovative strategies to enhance the overall Ambassador experience.
- Act as primary point of contact for partners and associates utilizing online Titleist University platform. Manage relationships and workflow with course development partner and LMS partner. Measure engagement and optimization utilization of our online tools. Track results and report to organization stakeholders in Golf Ball Marketing and Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of one (1) year related, Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Some domestic travel (approximately 10% of time) and periodically work extended hours in an outdoor environment.
- Demonstrated passion for the game of golf required.
