Mandatory Qualifications
- The Senior Developer must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification.
- The Senior Developer must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last 7 years as a Senior Developer on a Salesforce implementation project. The Senior Developer will work with the Technical Architect to validate business requirements, security, scalability, and software limits. Developer may modify the User Interface and/or create mobile interfaces, write software components to extend the Salesforce SaaS Platform to meet the functional and non-functional requirements, adhere to best practice to provide code documentation, and take ownership to prepare release cycles to deploy new/update software to the existing application and code base. In addition, the Developer will lead the creation of system-to-system interfaces, work on data migration tasks, and assist with third party software integration to deliver the full functionality of the ET2 project scope.
- The Senior Developer must have a minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience as a Senior Developer on a Salesforce Public Sector - Government implementation project.
- The Senior Developer must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience as a Senior Developer for a Salesforce SaaS implementation, a project budget of at least $10 million, and a project duration of at least two years in Calif. State Government.
