Title Processor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Processor to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of real estate transactions. Your knowledge of contracts, loan processes, and regulatory requirements will be essential in this role.

Duties Include (but not limited to):
-Review and analyze contracts, loan documents, and other related materials such as but not limited to lender closing instructions, title commitments, purchase agreements, etc.
-Prepare CD settlement statement within one hour of the receipt of the loan documents.
-Receive approval of the CD from the lender/broker.
-Review the Processing Calendar for assigned deals.
-Confirms receipt of CD by the closer.
-Review and obtain all taxes and payoffs
-Communicate with the Broker/Lender on all closings.
-Prepare title policies and other necessary documents
-Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to facilitate the closing process

-Ensure compliance with TILA, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws
-Assist in resolving title defects or liens on properties
-Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Title Processor for minimum of 2 years or more
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related processes
- Knowledge of title insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with credit analysis and FNMA guidelines
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
