Essential Requirements:
- No history of child abuse or negligence.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree/NE Teaching Certificate
- A concern for working with young people in a residential school setting (teaching positions in math, science, social studies and language arts at the secondary level)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with the ESU #3 Board of Education Personnel Policies and Employee Handbook
- Provide instruction and behavioral management duties (behavioral management training will be provided).
- Implementation of the Boys Town Education Model
- Provide students with assistance on in-class work, develops a positive atmosphere and climate for learning.
