ROLE
We are seeking a Plant Tissue Culture Technician under the supervision of Plant Tissue Culture Manager. This position works in a high throughput laboratory for production of Tissue Culture Plantings.
Compensation and pay are accessed based on candidates experience and work history.
GOALS
INCREASE Tissue Culture output.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
Follow laboratory guidelines, protocols, and procedures.
Work as a team to produce required number of quality plantings as per the production targets given by the manager.
Prepare various types of plant Tissue Culture media as per the instructions and SOP.
Maintain clean, organized, and a professional lab.
Team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with both hands with manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills with ability to work under strict timelines.
Experience with plant Tissue Culture or in laboratory settings preferred but not required.
Requires fingerprint submission.
High School, GED diploma or two-year associate degree.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

LOGISTICS
Main office is located ten minutes from downtown Tulsa.
Clients are currently located exclusively in Oklahoma with global expansion planned.
Suppliers are both domestic and international.
WORKFLOW
Full time in office.
One site location.
SCHEDULE
8 hour shift
