Responsibilities of the mechanic include:
- Work with team members to properly diagnose vehicle issues.
- Test Drives and Utilizes the latest diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint issues.
- Spend time explaining vehicle repair to the advisor and provide accurate estimate of work that needs to be done.
- Conducts electronic vehicle inspections and alert the advisor on any issues.
- Willing to continue education classes- I.E. ASE certifications, local seminars, on line webinars.
- Maintains equipment, keeps area clean, and wipes cars of any dirt or fingerprints.
