Responsibilities:
-Monitoring caregivers clocking in's & out"s
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Utilize phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain computerized records accurately
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in time keeping is preferred
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in using computer software for order entry and maintaining records
