TikTok E-commerce Live Streaming Operator

**Position: TikTok E-commerce Live streaming Operatior**

We are a TikTok e-commerce company headquartered in Irvine, California, focusing on overseas markets and leading sales in 3C electronics, daily necessities, beauty, and other products. To cope with business growth, we are looking for a passionate and creative TikTok cross-border e-commerce live operation professional to join our team.

**Location:** Irvine, California

**Position Type:** Full-time

**Main Responsibilities:**

1. Lead overseas growth operations for products including but not limited to 3C electronics, daily necessities, and beauty, setting user growth goals and strategies.

2. Responsible for pre-TikTok live shopping cart updates, setting product links, writing short video scripts, shooting, editing, and process publishing.

3. Capture social trends timely, and plan content based on festivals, topical users, and brand communication needs, including thematic planning, topic selection, and execution.

4. Monitor and analyze TikTok advertising data, continuously optimize ad performance, and improve website conversion rates.

5. Build a social media user system through community engagement, collect feedback from overseas social media platform users, and drive product iteration and optimization.

**Qualifications:**

1. Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience with excellent English copywriting skills.

2. Familiar with Overseas Platforms: Deep user of overseas communities or social media products, with a great interest and understanding of content mining or user growth.

3. Independent Thinking and Problem Solving: Independent thinking, rigorous logical thinking, and the ability to analyze and solve problems. Emphasis on the work process and results, attention to detail, and strong ability to withstand pressure.

4. Sense of Responsibility and Team Collaboration: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.

5. Fan Maintenance and Interaction Strategy: Understanding fan maintenance and interaction strategies, familiar with the rules and algorithms for gaining followers on overseas social platforms, and knowledge of overseas user habits.

6. TikTok Operations Experience: Familiar with TikTok operation mechanisms, experience in operating domestic TikTok brand accounts and vertical category persona accounts is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
