The TikTok Creative Expert Center offers advertisers worldwide in-depth, concrete, and executable creative insights by industry. Our mission is to inspire external advertisers/service providers to Create for TikTok. Our goal is to help advertisers and creators master creative methodologies and form their own creative insights, production, and evaluation methods.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:
1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024
2.May 28, 2024 to August 16, 2024
3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities:

• Assist the TikTok creative expert team to discover in-depth creative recommendations through a large number of creative analyses, industry insights, industry trends, etc., and empower various downstream products, sales teams and advertisers.
• Assist and support industry analysis, market research, competitive product research, creative material analysis, etc., and produce insight reports, creative briefings, and product manuals.
• Assist the project manager, cooperate with relevant cooperation teams such as product technical sales data, follow up and promote the progress of the project.
• Assist in other daily work within the department.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in political science, English, Liberal arts, or related discipline.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
• Familiar with using Excel, SQL and other common office software, highly sensitive to data, meticulous work, good logical thinking and data analysis ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive, strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and communication skills and teamwork spirit, experience in organizing large-scale activities in clubs or schools is preferred.
• Familiar with or interested in advertising.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25.00- $25.00. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.
