My client in Orlando, FL is seeking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician to join their team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity! They are seeking for candidates with the required skills below:
- 1-3 years of Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Experience (First level of technical assistance)
- Active Directory, password resets, Windows 10, hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skills/Problem Solver (Gather info, multitask with various systems, call center applications, e-mail and other media content)
***Candidate will work mostly remote, while having to come onsite once in a while. MUST live in the Orlando area***
