Job Title: PT-Ticket Seller

Department: Box Office

Reports To: Box Office Assistant Manager

FLSA Status: Part Time, Non-exempt

SUMMARY: Sell tickets for events. Provide excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process oral and written requests for tickets to various events. View and enter ticket information to create requested ticket. Assist customers in obtaining tickets and information. Balance cash drawer at close of day. Maintain and update event maps. Answer telephone and give requested event information. All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent money handling experience. Strong math skills. Excellent customer service skills. Computer literate. HS diploma/GED.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle and count coins and currency. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision.

Pay Rate: $14.75 per hour
