The Ticket Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with the administrative duties within ticket operations for the Las Vegas Grand Prix. This includes assisting with order fulfilment, training, reviewing, and reporting any discrepancies of ticket blocks to senior management and other duties as assigned. This position will also assist as needed with accreditation requests and fulfilment. This role will be performed in-person and is open to applicants who currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with department management to ensure ticket blocks are properly managed
- Input and process ticket orders as they are received
- Closely monitor online available inventory and ticket blocks and recommend changes as needed
- Assist analytics as needed with reporting and pricing comparisons on the secondary market
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Create training materials and keep updated with all new procedures
- Conduct new hire training
- Assist the Sales team with inquiries that require system troubleshooting
- Liaise with Event Operations regarding event day procedures including ticket/credential/wristband access control, entry points to be programmed in ticketing system, and any other operational issues that may arise
- This position will be the main point of contact for chargeback research and liaise with Finance on outcome of findings
- Other duties as assigned by management
Critical Skills
- Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster Host
- Must be comfortable with training new hires
- Be a self-starter with keen attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year within the event ticketing industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Archtics and Ticketmaster Host
- Strong experience with ticket sales, reporting and inventory management
- Experience with Account Manager is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills, office, and PowerPoint
