We are seeking an experienced IT engineer/consultant who has worked or managed in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT department providing end user support for at least 7 years. To do this we need you! We are expanding our team with a highly qualified and supportive individual looking to do more and have a larger impact. We need to support our technicians and make them more productive. We require someone who is success focused and capable with a wide range of technologies specifically Azure, Windows Server, Advanced Networking, Active Directory, InTune, iOS and MDM. Technical Requirements:
Our ideal match will have high or expert level understanding of the ITIL framework, Windowws Server and Azure architecture, Microsoft 365, Networking, iOS, MDM/MAM, Microsoft Endpoint Protection Manager/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and system administration.
You should also have advanced or expert knowledge in:

You will be the senior admin of our support services team where you will be the escalation point, empowerment coach, and support sage.
Hours may vary, but at this time they are 8am to 5pm EST. This is an in-office position with limited remote flexibility. We will provide all required devices and training. As this project expands, so will your responsibilities and abilities.
