Role Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual, dynamic, and dedicated Therapy Tech to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has a genuine love for working with people. As a Therapy Tech, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring smooth patient flow within the office, setting up patients on various therapies, and assisting our treating doctors in delivering clinical care. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

$18-$23/hr to start based on experience and capability.

Bonuses available after probationary period: 60-Days. Based on production, averages an additional $3-$7/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow within the office efficiently.
• Prepare and set up patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist treating doctors in providing clinical care.
• Deliver examination processes, X-ray setup, and other treatment modalities. (Job Training will be provided)
• Ensure a positive and comforting experience for patients throughout their visit.
• Embrace and promote a healthy lifestyle that aligns with our holistic health philosophy.
• Clean, organize, and set up work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
• Instruct, motivate, safeguard, or assist patients performing exercises or functional activities, under direction of the clinic director and director of chiropractic.
• Observe patients during treatment to compile and evaluate data on patients' responses and progress and report to doctors.
• Ensures adequate inventory and patient related supplies are in stock.
• Informs Manager or designee of all patient/personal injury or unsafe situations, anticipated problems and unusual situations.
• Ability to communicate, receive feedback and be supportive with other team members for the focus on producing the best results possible with patients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for health and wellness and a personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new procedures quickly.
• No specific licensing required; however, priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse patients
• Demonstration of the basic clinical and non-clinical competencies
