Job Description
The Therapy Support Specialist is an integral part of the Rehabilitation Therapy team and plays a key role in the overall patient experience. They are a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinical setting to patients, families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of our Driver Rehabilitation Therapy practice.
EDUCATION:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven customer service experience is required. Experience in a medical environment, patient scheduling, registration and/or data entry are preferred.
This is a bargaining unit position.
