Job Description
The virtual therapist provides trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents being served by the residential and/or acute programs.
The virtual therapist collaborates with hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers and the community to collectively address individual needs of each client on their caseload.
Work Schedule & Case Load:
- This position offers a highly flexible, Monday-Friday work schedule. Most sessions will occur during core business hours. We do require some evening availability for working parents*
- This position carries a case load of 10-11 children*

Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Licensure/Certification:
- LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
- Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports.
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word and email applications
- Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
