We are currently accepting applications for the position of Therapist Supervisor to work with our Vantage Point North Team.
Vantage Point is a short term voluntary facility where youth ages 12-17 (10, 11 year olds under certain circumstances) can come for a safe place. When youth are runaways, having conflict at home, high-risk, homeless, etc., they can find refuge at Vantage Point. An HSW functions as a mental health technician who is responsible for the well-being of our clients. On our team, their role would be to maintain a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Essential Functions:
Participate in program development and improvement processes.
Supervise shift scheduling, hiring, and training, evaluating, and disciplining.
Train, mentor, evaluate, and oversee all aspects of Master Therapist(s) II and MT Intern work assignments.
Perform individual, family (Relationship Therapy), and group outpatient psychotherapy.
Assist in the development of permanency plans for client and family.
Perform pre-hospital screening and admissions and conduct discharge planning.
Provide liaison between parents, courts, state agencies, etc. and aftercare teams.
Perform various public relations; participate in public forums and make public addresses.
Conduct psycho-educational training, teach social and life skills, and provide stress management coaching.

Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: Day Shifts, Hours may vary
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field,
AND
Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
AND
One year of experience as a fully licensed therapist
Compensation:
$34.60 - $43.83 per hour / $71,968 - $91,166 annually (depending on experience)

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
