***$4,000 signing bonus *** We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMFT), Professional Counselors (LPC), and Social Workers (LCSW, LSW) who are passionate about patient care and committed to personal growth, and clinical excellence. We are looking for a clinician with experience serving clients across the lifespan, who is especially comfortable working with children and adolescents. We have 3 locations in Alaska, and relocation to a commutable distance would be required.
Location: Wasilla, AK, OR Soldotna OR Homer AK (Kenai Peninsula area)

- $2,160-$3,800/week. Small Group Counseling Office
We've been able to streamline our systems, so rather than having to spin your wheels on paperwork and meetings, you can focus on the care you provide. Our clinicians don’t spend endless hours on documentation, but rather, in direct clinical care with motivated and engaged clients. Clinicians here are secure in their caseloads, earn top-level pay, and work in a well-appointed and beautiful space. We strive to nurture competent and skilled providers who care well for themselves so that they can care well for the clients and the communities we support.
What we bring to the table:
- Clinicians working a full caseload (24-32 clients per week) make between $100,00 - $160,000 per year with our fee-for-service pay schedule
- After their one year anniversary, our clinicians see:
- A 20% pay increase on all sessions beyond 24 per week. Translation... an increase in caseload equates to higher hourly pay :)
- After year 2, our team members additionally receive:
- A 401k match
- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days

What you need to bring to the table:
License:
- Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, PhD or PsyD
- Preferably, the applicant is already licensed in the state of Alaska. If you are not licensed in Alaska… we will investigate your options for licensure and credentialing.
Experience:
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, or couples
- Our current ideal clinician is especially comfortable working with children and adolescents
Availability:
- Full-time positions available
- Clinicians are expected to schedule 30 sessions per week. Some clinicians choose to put that into 3 days, but we find most settle into the 4 day work week routine.
- Our ideal clinicians would be open to working flexible hours, including some evening and weekend hours, to accommodate client scheduling needs.
