Responsibilities:
- Engages in Therapeutic activities with the youth.
- Is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and attends treatment team meetings, completes identified assessments, develops and implements treatment plan with the youth and the youth’s family.
- Assists the youth and their family in identifying discharge placement and aftercare services.
- Responsible for utilization review with insurance
- Provides smooth transition when the youth are moved to OOH placement
- Reports critical and unusual incidents to Risk Management.
- Assists in monitoring the overall client satisfaction of the program
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences
- Valid driver license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Licensed & certified in the following:
- LCMFT
- LCPC
- LPC
- LMFT
LMSW - LSCSW
