Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide case management services to ensure clients' needs are met
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes
- Stay current with developments in psychopharmacology and clinical research

Skills:
- Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
- Strong knowledge of therapy modalities and techniques
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation
- Excellent case management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and its application in a clinical setting
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client outcomes
- Proficient in conducting psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Strong understanding of social work principles and ethics
