MCHH is searching for a highly skilled and experienced LPC to join our team! Therapists must be willing to build a caseload to 15+ hours per week. Willingness to work evening and weekend hours is a plus. Both in person and telehealth is available. If you are a licensed therapists who is looking for a practice to call home, we would love to learn more about you, your experience, and your approach. Midwest Center for Hope and Healing offers a variety of therapy services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and are always looking for qualified individuals to join our team.
Our Ideal Candidates
- Master’s degree or above in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or related fields.
- Licensed with one of the following: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Minimum of 2 years clinical client experience with CBT or DBT training who is extremely motivated.
- Experience working with any or all the following clients: Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples, Families
- Willing & motivated to attend continuing education to stay on top of the latest research and evidence-based methods
- Passionate about providing excellent therapy to high functioning clients in a supportive, kind and respectful manner.
- Able and willing to attend weekly group meetings & supervision at our on-site location or via Zoom.
- Flexibility to work 15+ hrs. per week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples and family therapy
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
