Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. - Assist customers with shipping, printing, and other service inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
