The Union- Servers (Front Of House)

We are seeking hard-working and passionate Front of House (FOH) service staff for all positions including servers, bartenders, and FOH support staff. Experience with previous restaurant, coffee, bar, or service positions is a bonus, but not required. We greatly value candidates who work well as a team and folks who are passionate about local food that has the power to connect people to the land, health, and community.

The Union - Butcher Shop and Wood-Fired Grill by Old Salt Co-op is a mixed-use space that houses a retail craft butcher shop and a wood-fired grill-focused restaurant with a high-quality draft beer and natural wine program. We are part of a larger mission of Old Salt Co-op to bring Montana-raised and processed high-quality meat to more Montanans.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, possess acute skills of observation, and the ability to think quickly are a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
• Previous service experience with knowledge in beer and wine are a plus
• Ability to actualize staff training while maintaining and expanding your personal knowledge base is treasured
• All positions will be required to learn and adhere to local health dept. applicable sanitary procedures, and maintain ServSafe accreditation.
• Ability to stay organized, congenial, driven, cooperative, and friendly; especially under pressure is vital

• Pay rate is 12-15 DOE +TIPS
